Lewis Carroll's Topic Sentences

1) The wastefulness of war makes it meaningless.

2) The struggle for glory, which causes men to make irrational decisions, makes war meaningless.

3) The outsider’s perception of universal honor of war does not reflect the reality of its meaninglessness.

4) War causes men to transform and do horrible things that they should never do, which makes war meaningless.

Siiiiiiick, Professor Carroll. You will want to be sure-- in your outlining process-- that your paragraphs don't overlap too much.

I think #2 and #4 might be a little too close.

#3 can probably be sufficient without the last words. Lose "of its meaninglessness."
